Meet The Nike Sneakers That Has Automated Laces

The stage is set for Nike to beat down it's competitors. The world famous shoe brand has created a new design of sneakers that laces up automatically. All you have to do is wear and buckle and watch the laces being fitted for you. The limited edition sneakers called the "2015 Nike Mag"  is a reinvention of the future flying shoes Nike produced for "Back To The Future II" movie almost 30 years ago. The technology works with the wearer’s motions and movements and the system is referred to as the Nike Mag "Power laces".

Nike Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Parker, says, “We started creating something for fiction and we turned it into fact, inventing a new technology that will benefit all athletes.”

Yesterday, Nike delivered a gift to Michael J. Fox introducing the innovation to the shoe’s first, and most celebrated, wearer.

Nike says they will continue to test this technology across multiple sports, incorporating feedback into..

future game-changing footwear with unprecedented performance features that have the potential to impact athletes around the world.

“By imagining the future, we create it. Product that comes alive, with on-demand comfort and support when you need, product that senses you and adapts to you is right around the corner,” added Parker.
